“Great quality home (Marsala) and value that withstood the extreme forces of Hurricane Ian with very minor damage to mostly cosmetic items. The process of purchasing with Michael Ouellette and the rest of the team to design and develop the house plans and selections was straightforward and on the level. Any problems that were identified throughout the build process and final punch list were addressed by my building superintendent Joe Tedesco and resolved working with the various subcontractors. We have had a few warranty items after closing and the process of using Buildertrend to get them logged and fixed has worked out great to date. I would recommend anyone that is considering buying or building a custom home to check out the new Frey and Son model homes in Cape Coral.”
