What's included in the base price of the home?
The base price includes just the home. You will need to add lot/land costs, site improvements, and a pool package for the total estimated budget.

Is the pool included in the base price?
No. With the exception of Marco Island Homes, the base price does not include a pool. You can add a pool package to any of our floor plans. Pool packages can range from $85,000 to $150,000 depending on size, features, and finishes. Can I modify or customize the floor plan?
Yes. We offer the ability to fully customize or modify a floor plan to suit your needs. We have a dedicated team of custom home builders to help you every step of the way.
Do you build on my lot?
Yes. Our custom home builders can build on your lot in Lee, Collier, and parts of Charlotte County in southwest Florida.
Do you offer spec homes?
Yes. In addition to being your local custom home builders, we also offer spec homes. This is perfect for someone who does not have a lot or needs to be in their home quickly. Spec homes are already under construction and offer complete packages with land, house, and pool already included. Please inquire about current availability.
Where do you build?
Our custom home builders work in Lee, Collier, and parts of Charlotte County in SW Florida. Some popular cities include Cape Coral, Ft. Myers, Bonita Springs, Naples, Golden Gate, Marco Island, Bonita/Estero, and Punta Gorda.

Will someone take pictures and provide updates as my home is being built?
Yes, communication is key to a successful and enjoyable build. You will be invited to download the Buildertrend app to your smartphone or tablet. This will be your communication platform. Our custom home builders will upload notes, progress photos, and important documents to keep you connected and informed about your new home.
What type of warranty do you offer?
The industry standard is a one-year warranty from the time of closing. As high-quality custom home builders, Frey & Son Homes steps it up a notch with a three-year warranty for the structure, roof, and major mechanical systems. We have a full-time warranty manager and two full-time warranty representatives.
