CAPE CORAL, Fla. (Jan. 2018) — Frey & Son Homes won nine awards for The Palm Beach model home at the 2018 Builders’ Showcase of Homes awards ceremony held in January at the Palmetto Pine Country Club in Cape Coral.
The awards, presented by the Cape Coral Construction Industry Association (CCCIA), recognize home builders who maintain the industry’s highest quality of design and construction. Sweeping their category, Frey & Son Homes represented models that are priced from $601,000 to $700,000. Awards included:

The Palm Beach is 2,696 square feet under air, with three bedrooms, three baths, a great room, a dining room, an island kitchen, a summer kitchen and a study, as well as a three-car garage. The Palm Beach has a coastal- chic interior motif with grays, blues and whites. The kitchen features a large walk-in pantry to store extra groceries and dry goods. Ten-foot intersecting sliding glass doors in the great room allow a tremendous amount of light into the open floor plan. In the utility room, there is a pet shower and an electronic charging station for multiple portable devices.
